Guild Members Win at Woodlawn

At the 42nd Woodlawn Plantation Exhibition in Mount Vernon, Virginia, Barbara Walkes, Delaware Valley chapter president, won a first prize ribbon for her needlepoint, which was an adaptation of an Obican painting of the Wedding Couple. Liliye Moldavskaya (Masorot guild) received a second prize for her white-on-white surface embroidery Matzah cover. Liliye submitted two surface embroidery pieces. Also, Naomi Novak submitted a cross stitch Tallit with a Family Tree and Arlene Diane Spector submitted a cross stitch Miriam's pillow.
