Members Take the Tzedakah Box Challenge Page 2A Box for all SeasonsBonnie Vorspan of the San Fernando Chapter combined a collection of cotton fabrics with appropriate shapes to make a series of holiday-themed Tzedakah boxes.
![]() Above left, the apple print fabric combined with the golden honey and bee print bring to mind the children's song of "apples dipped in honey for Rosh Hashanah." Above right, the Hanukkah box is assembled with a variety of Hanukkah prints. The pointed shape of the lid and the raised opening suggest a dreidel.
![]() The triangular box resembles a Hamentaschen with strawberry filling spilling over the top. The matzo fabric, quilted in parallel lines for added texture, is for Passover.
